Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Townsend Management, Inc.

Because our services consist of digital consulting sessions and professional advice, we do not offer returns for completed consultation services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If a consultation session is cancelled by Townsend Management, Inc.
• If a customer requests cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation session

If the cancellation request is submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time, the service may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Services

Once a consultation session has taken place or the service has been delivered, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their consultation session by contacting us before the scheduled time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible.
